Personalised Travel itineraries and advice: I require you to complete a questionnaire, and then we have an optional but highly recommended discovery call so I can learn about you and make sure that I curate the perfect experience that’s right for you. I understand you’re busy, but this element is what separates me from conventional travel companies. There are no generic package holidays at Holocene.

My experience, time & research: Of course, I will be using the internet, but I will also be leaning heavily on my own first-hand travel experiences and global community of contacts. Your itinerary will feature interactive links to everything you need, so you don’t need to do any of the lifting.

Walkthrough: I don’t just give you an itinerary; I discuss it with you over a second call (optional but recommended). This way, you can ask any questions you have.

Follow up: I am available on WhatsApp during working hours even after the walkthrough.

Trust: I want my clients to feel totally secure with my recommendations. I don’t have a large number of clients, I am not an influencer, and I do not do mass advertising. I want to focus on the clients I have and ensure I always deliver.
